Have we hit the bottom of the real estate market in Newport Coast

Many people feel it very close to being to the bottom. I attended numerous workshops and seminars during the last week regarding specifically Newport Coast and Newport Beach (even Corona Del Mar, that was for my sister-in-law’s house) real estate. The consensus among the experts is that they have no clue but they do know it is probably a real good time to buy because indicators point that in this area we are close to bottom.

To check out great inventory on foreclosures and short sales (Hot Buys) do a search on www.roxanagreenman.com

  1. Why is it that when you worked for me you never had a picture that looked that good? Also, I am actually very impressed on how Roxana Greenman continued her passion for real esatate and just happened to pick the most expensive zip code in the U.S. That must of been secretly planned in your quest to move to Newport Coast and call it your home. I wish Roxana the best as she is probably the most qualified Brokers in the State. I am a little bias but Roxan Greenman will be the "Kid in Town" because of her professionalism and experience in this demand idustry. Watch out Newport Coast real estate!! I am off to www.roxanagreenman.com

  2. We are very close to hitting rock bottom in the Newport Coast, Newport Beach, and Corona Del Mar areas. I do believe many parts in the rest of this country could be a year or two away.
